Police fraud experts are investigating allegations that photographic evidence was altered in order to unfairly issue parking charge notices (PCNs) in a privately operated car park. The company is also being investigated by the British Parking Association (BPA), of which it is a member.

Motorists receiving PCNs while parking at the Tritton Road Retail Park in Lincoln say that timestamps have been altered on photos taken by attendants working for UK Parking Control (UKPC).
