The British Parking Association intends to hold a summit at which the management of parking on private land will be discussed.

The summit will consider issues that will emerge from the Supreme Court Decision on the case of Barry Beavis v ParkingEye as well as the government’s response to its consultation on off-street parking issued last March.

Details of the summit will be announced when both the Supreme Court and government have delivered their responses, expected in the autumn.
