A local authority parking team is using a blog written from the perspective of a civil enforcement officer as a way to educate motorists and give a fresh perspective on both local and national parking concerns.
The blog is written in the name of a fictional civil enforcement officer “Anna Tendant” (a knowing pun). The blog was launched by the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) six months ago and has had over 2,000 views.
