The owners of illegally parked vehicles that have been removed anywhere in the capital can now find out their location by using an online service. The 24-hour service, operated by London Councils, informs drivers which pound the vehicle has been moved to and provides information on the procedure for its release. The TRACE service was previously only available by telephone.
