ECP refunds £2.8k to wrongly ticketed drivers

Euro Car Parks has been refunding drivers issued parking charge notices (PCNs) in error at a branch of Sainsbury’s at Garthdee in Aberdeen. 

The refunds relate to PCNs issued on an area of land that it turned out did not belong to the supermarket.
