A lay-by that became a haunt for people engaging in outdoor sex has been closed. Hampshire County Council has installed timber kerbs to stop people parking their cars at the spot on the A31 near Alresford. Residents complained that people were meeting sexual partners in the woods for what are known as ‘dogging’ encounters.
