Waltham Forest adopts paperless permits

The London Borough of Waltham Forest has adopted Cobalt Telephone Technologies’ RingGo digital permit software. The system is being launched in zone QB and will extend borough-wide over the coming months.

The council offers resident, temporary resident and foreign vehicle temporary resident permits. Now a further 13 permit types will be added.
