JustPark raises £3.7m via Crowdcube

Online parking market JustPark has raised a total of £3.7m via a crowdfunding campaign. The London-based company had originally sought to sell 4.76% of its equity for around £1m via the Crowdcube site. The company, previously known as ParkatmyHouse, reached the £1m total within days. Some 2,919 investors have signed up and the largest single investment has been a pledge of £500,000. These investors will take control of 15.71% of the company’s equity....
