A court has ordered a motorist to pay £740 for the fraudulent use of a Blue Badge.
The motorist, who failed to appear in court, was caught misusing the badge in May 2014 during a crackdown on the fraudulent use of Blue Badges by Bolton Council, its parking contractor NSL and Greater Manchester Police.
