NHS parking guidelines published

The Department of Health has set out the principles that should govern the provision and management of hospital parking in a new Health Technical Manual.

The document sets out health secretary Jeremy Hunt’s 2014 advice to NHS Trusts that they should consider installing pay-on-exit systems so that drivers pay only for the time they have used.
