Sevenoaks dismisses accusation it ignores badly parked foreign cars

Sevenoaks District Council has dismissed accusations in the national press that it ignores parking violations involving foreign-registered vehicles. The Daily Mail had claimed the Kent council had told its civil enforcement officers “not to bother” issuing penalty charge notices to foreign cars because “it’s too difficult to collect the fine”.
