Providing more secure bays for motorcycles at rail stations should be seen as a vital part of managing parking demand, according to the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC). In a new report on motorcycle parking, the association says that motorbikes are increasingly seen as a cheaper alternative to car use over distances considered too great to cycle.
