United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) is to introduce parking charges for Blue Badge holders, as well as increasing tariffs by 10%.
The trust said that charges had not been increased since 2009 and that it is bringing costs in line with other hospitals in the region. Another factor was that income from parking had gone down because of the rise in VAT.
