SWARCO buys APT Group

British parking and access controls system supplier APT Group has been acquired by Austrian traffic technology group SWARCO.

SWARCO has purchased 100% of the shares of the APT Group, which is based in Harrow, north London. The APT Group comprises APT Security Systems, APT Skidata, APT Street Services, APT Technologies, SignPost Solutions and ParkingPal.
