A man who verbally abused a civil enforcement officer (CEO) who issued him with a ticket in Nelson, Lancashire, has been given a community order with 70 hours unpaid leave.
Mohammed Nawaz has also been given a restraining order, banning contact with CEO Liam West. During the incident Nawaz called West “scum” and told him that, “all white people are horrible”. Nawaz admitted causing racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress....
