Tenders sought for PATAS contract

London Councils is tendering for a contract to manage its Parking and Traffic Appeals Service (PATAS). The contract, which will run from five to 10 years, will be worth between £34m and £42m.

The contract would include: back office processing and the call centre; database management; case management system development;  ICT  hardware and software; and hearing centre reception and guarding.
