Harlow District Council in Essex has upgraded its Cale BriParc pay & display machines, switching existing MP102 units with the more advanced MP104, which have online connectivity to a management and control service.
The council has operated Cale machines since 1998. Upgrading to the MP104 units enables it to connect to the (CWO) service, with a web-based application designed to monitor, programme and control Cale pay & display units.
