Fife provides 17 charge points for nine electric cars

Fife Council is providing 17 dedicated parking bays for electric vehicles (EVs) even though there are currently only nine EVs registered in the borough. The parking spaces, which have charging points, will be exclusively for electric vehicles. Drivers of other vehicles face receiving a £60 fine if they use the bays.
