A lorry driver who spat in the face of a civil enforcement officer (CEO) when he was issuing a penalty charge notice (PCN), in Henley on Thames has been bailed on suspicion of assault and careless driving, police have said.
The CEO was issuing a PCN when the owner of a Ford flatbed vehicle returned.
He spat at the CEO before driving away at speed through a red light. He then reversed the wrong way out of a one-way street. A 22-year-old man has since been bailed on the charges....
