Debt recovery company Marston has taken over Swift Credit Services, a bailiff firm based in Wales. Swift, which has over 120 staff and self-employed agents, recovers unpaid road traffic debts for local authorities as well as court fines on behalf of HM Courts & Tribunals Service.
