USL StructureCare is working on the transformation of what is claimed to be the UK’s oldest purpose-built multi-storey car park – the Talbot Gateway in Blackpool. Muse Developments and main contractor Tolent Construction brought in USL to provide specialist car park works.
The £6.5m project for client Blackpool Borough Council involves the reconfiguration, repair and refurbishment of the 74-year-old car park to designs by architects Potter & Holmes.
