London Councils brings in written reps exemption

People with certain disabilities will no longer have to make parking representations in writing to authorities in the capital, London Councils has announced.

The revision follows the findings of the Local Government Ombudsman, which had received two complaints from people who said that their disability made it impossible to submit written representations.
