Proposals have been put forward for a £35m revamp of the Elliot’s Field Retail Park, near Rugby, in Warwickshire. The plans include additional stores, adding a café or restaurant, and increasing the number of parking spaces by around 90 to bring the total to 657. Improved bus services to the retail park are also under consideration, said retail property developer Hammerson.
