Gloucestershire appoints APCOA as county-wide enforcer

APCOA Parking is to take over parking enforcement from the six district councils of Gloucestershire from April.

The new arrangements will initially be rolled out in four districts – Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud and the Cotswolds. Gloucester and the Forest of Dean are expected to adopt the new scheme by September 2014, subject to further discussions.
