BPA's private land parking appeals service takes shape

Over two million people will use a new independent appeals system covering parking charges on private land, which is being launched by the British Parking Association (BPA) next month.

The new service, which covers England and Wales, is being run by London Councils, which already runs the Parking and Traffic Appeals Service (PATAS) that hears appeals against decriminalised parking and some moving traffic penalties in the capital by local authorities in London, and Transport for London.
