Town Centre Car Parks (TCCP) is celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee by offering free parking its Clarence Dock multi-storey Car Park in Leeds for a week from Saturday 2 June. TCCP hopes that the offer will provide a boost for the Clarence Dock community by the River Aire and also raise money for a cancer charity.
