An Aberdeen council car park has closed to make way for NHS Grampian’s proposed new community health and care village. The 72-space car park at East North Street is to be replaced by a 185-space multi-storey public car park, which will be owned and operated by the council. It is expected that the new car park will be in operation by the end of 2012....
