Leeds City Council has started works to repair and upgrade an aging multi-storey car park in the city centre. Woodhouse Lane was built in 1968 and is undergoing essential repairs and refurbishment to extend the life of the 1,287-space car park, which will be a pivotal asset for the Leeds Arena when it opens in 2013.
