New research published by Passenger Focus has attempted to quantify the importance of rural bus services to their communities. The study examined the experiences of passengers travelling on Herefordshire Council’s ‘market day buses’, which are tendered weekly services, and Shropshire Council’s demand-responsive ShropshireLink.
