The 15th biennial European Parking Association (EPA) congress takes place in Turin between 14-16 September. Turin, the capital of the Piedmont region of northern Italy, is an appropriate place to hold an event devoted to parking as it is the home of Fiat, one of the world’s biggest car manufacturers.
