ANPR average speed enforcement from PIPS

PIPS Technology, a manufacturer of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems, has launched a Home Office type-approved average speed enforcement system. The Speedspike system can be used to enforce speeds ranging from 20mph to 140mph. This means it can be used for speed enforcement on motorways, in town centres or as a short distance speed camera outside specific locations such as schools.
