Richmond hires Hardy as parking manager

The London Borough of Richmond has appointed Stephen Hardy as interim parking manager. He takes over from head of parking Terry Powell.

Hardy was recruited via Comensura, a business services company with a contract to supply temporary staff to the council. He has been a parking manager working for a number of clients via SJH Pro Tem Management and worked as a parking operations manager at Central Parking System.
