Work has begun on a £350m scheme to transform the centre of Northampton.
The work funded by Northampton Borough Council starts with the refurbishment and improvements to the Grosvenor Centre’s 837-space multi-storey car park. The 1970s shopping centre design has not been subject to any significant works since the centre was built.
