Washington-based specialist contractor USL StructureCare has applied the finishing touches to a rooftop car park refurbishment for Waitrose at the retailer’s Morningside store in Edinburgh.
The building’s previous owners had tried various overlay and patching options to attempt to stem the flow of water into the store without success. When Waitrose acquired the site fixing this leakage was a priority.
