VINCI Park buys Meteor

VINCI Park has acquired Meteor Parking from public transport operator Go-Ahead Group for around £11m.

All elements of Meteor will transfer to VINCI except the the Nikaro security business, which has been sold to Securitas Mobile. Go-Ahead said the sales completes the rationalisation of its aviation services division, which has seen the sale of ground handling and cargo operations.

VINCI Park, which is part of the international VINCI Group, has around 50 contracts, with some 610 employees...
