Philips hires Pears as public sector services head

Philips Collection Services has appointed Paula Pears to head its public sector services department. Working with public sector revenues and benefits divisions as well as housing associations and credit unions, Pears will aim to raise awareness of the company, establishing a dedicated sales team, developing new business and client relations, and co-ordinating core deliverables.
