APCOA Parking (UK) has taken over the management of the Horseshoe Car Park in Banstead, which had previously been run and maintained by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.
The car park is owned by Surrey County Council, which has awarded a five year lease to operate a car park to APCOA following a competitive tender. APCOA will also be responsible for enforcement.
