Printer BemroseBooth, the largest supplier of parking machine tickets in the UK, which went into administration on 28 June, has been bought by Paragon Group, a pan-European printer.
The company also had a phone parking subsidiary, which operates the PhoneAndPay brand. The most recent PhoneAndPay contract was signed with Pembrokshire County Council ion 30 June.
