Essex County Council is consulting on plans for a park-and-ride site north of Chelmsford on the A130 at the Pratts Farm/Back Lane roundabout. The Chelmer Valley site will initially provide 700 parking spaces with the option of expanding to up to 1,300 spaces at a later date.
