Greater Manchester PTE has revealed that 180,000 people have signed up for free national concessionary travel, just weeks after 400,000 application forms were sent out to those eligible. In additional to nationwide free bus travel, pass holders will also be able to use local rail and Metrolink tram services after 9.30am.
