An investigation into the collapse of a new Dutch car park spells out up concerns over poor learning and oversight in the construction sector

On Saturday 27 May 2017 part of a parking building near Eindhoven Airport collapsed while it was under construction. The building, which stood beside the entrance to the airport, was one month away from final delivery. Workers had been on the level that later gave way just a few hours before the incident.
