Transport for London (TfL) is giving £94.8m to London’s 32 boroughs and the City of London over the next year in a bid to make streets safer, healthier and greener.
The funding will support borough-led projects across local road networks, including 147km of new protected cycle routes and nearly 400 pedestrian crossings.
The investment will also support measures to reduce road danger, lower speeds, expand cycle and micromobility parking and improve bus performance, said TfL.
