A parking garage partially collapsed in White Plains on 15 October.
The fifth floor of the 12-storey structure partially collapsed into the fourth floor. The section which collapsed measured 1,200 square feet.
The collapse happened around 9:08am. No injuries were reported. Over than a dozen cars are believed to be in the collapse zone.
Several roads were closed around the area.
