A new survey by Transport for London (TfL) reveals that 39% of respondents felt “worried” on public transport in the past three months. Meanwhile, 9% were completely or temporarily deterred from using the public transport network due to a worrying incident they had experienced on that mode. Of this 9%, most change to another TfL mode temporarily or permanently.
