Luton firefighters say engine slowed by illegal parking

Firefighters in Luton have asked drivers to park considerately after an engine struggled to get past vehicles on double yellow lines during a call-out.

Crews were slowed down by several cars were illegally and poorly parked along Westbourne Road.

“Please be more considerate when parking and only park in areas which are designated for parking,” the fire service said....
