A bike library housed in a shipping container has opened in Liverpool giving free cycle loan to families. The L5 Bike Library in Everton Valley can be used by all locals but is especially aimed at families with children aged 2 to 10 years old.

The project was launched after receiving £9,700 funding from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. This covered the cost of solar panels on the roof, which means the library can be transported wherever it is needed across the city region....
