Induced traffic from new roads not always bad, Skates tells Senedd

Senior Welsh Government figures have said that traffic induced by new roads is not always bad, and that relief roads designed for low speeds would not induce “any more traffic” if they allow modal shift towards buses and active travel on pre-existing main roads.
