A mass cycle ride took place on Sunday 30 June to demand for a safe route between Thame in Oxfordshire and Haddenham in Buckinghamshire.

Nearly 400 riders took part in the ride to show their support for a ‘greenway’ between Haddenham and Thame. The greenway would be a safe route free of motor traffic, not just for cyclists, but also walkers, wheelers and horse riders, along the lines of the Phoenix Trail between Thame and Princes Risborough, say  campaigners.
