York parking bay on market for £20,000

A parking space in the centre of York has been put on the market priced at £20,000.

The space on Bootham Row is opposite a public car park where charges begin at £3.10 for one hour's parking.

The bay is surrounded on two sides by a brick wall and features a own lockable protective bollard.

Estate agents Savills said the space also required an annual service charge of £360.
