Scheme interaction effects report for DfT published

The Department for Transport has published the report of a study into Scheme Interaction Assessment Technique (SINAT) conducted for it by consultants Atkins and Jacobs report.

They were commissioned to research a methodology to assess the level of potential interaction between different transport schemes in an investment portfolio.
